The year was 2017, the air was hot, and I was on my commute after my long nine to five. I checked the Nozbe blog and found an interesting call to join the Launch Team of the book 10 Steps to Ultimate Productivity. After some initial hesitation, I requested to join the team: “Maybe I should give it a try, after all, it’s a unique opportunity to find my voice and elevate myself as well as my CV,” I thought.
At the same time, voices in my head kept saying that I won’t be selected for participation.
I then quickly found myself on board along with a lot of like-minded folks. (I really don’t know what criteria the selection was based on, if it was any, but I was very happy to finally get involved. Thank you, guys:-))
A few weeks later, we all were welcomed by Michael Sliwinski, author of the book and CEO of Nozbe, with a live video chat. I was thrilled to bits when the chat ended. By the time I didn’t realize that this was the very first domino in a big row and I was about to knock it down.
This was my first ever participation to such a project and my first contribution outside the academic realm. If I hadn’t joined the launch team, my blog would have remained a sheer fantasy. I sincerely believe that this book is very likely to cause a domino effect in your life too!
